My opinion:

This studio is quite unique because it’s not exactly a shop house unit. The ceilings are tall and it makes me feel good. The whole space looks like a studio apartment with a full kitchen. There’re no hot classes here and with 4 air conditioner units, showering isn’t a must. The shower room and toilet is unisex and the lockers are located in the common lounge area (which is the kitchen). No water or towels are provided.

Pros: Modern, sleek and airy.
Cons: Limited classes.
Overall: 6.5/10
