My opinion:
This chain is from Japan and is the only outlet in Singapore. I did feel the Japanese culture here from the thoughtful little things the studio provided, like air purifiers (about 5 of them) in the room and the very clean and simple environment. I liked how big the whole place is, and being women only, the changing room area is super huge. It was also thoughtful to provide so many lockers despite having only around 45 mats in the studio. That way you’ll definitely find a locker to use even during peak hour.

I am very impressed with the way this place is managed and I felt good vibes throughout my practice. Maybe the pure air and invigorating music did help. The heat wasn’t unbearable at all and is just right for me since I prefer it to be not so hot. Those who love really hot classes may find this too mild. We are required to wipe our own mats after practice but I felt happy doing so because clean looking cloths were provided, instead of some dirty old rag reused to death provided by some other studios.

As this place is Japanese style, the yoga could be tweaked towards that fashion too. I noticed no sankrit terms were used using class but this wasn’t really a problem for me. I also like the class types offered with 3 – 4 flow classes a day.

Overall this studio is of really good quality and is worth trying out!

Pros: Good class types, good quality mats, big and spacious everywhere and very clean.
Cons: Toilet is outside.
Overall: 8.5/10
