My opinion:
This is definitely the hottest Bikram studio I’ve ever tried. Just stepping into the room to put my towel on the mat I want (near the door please!) made me come out perspiring. The room uses infrared heat but being a shop house, it was humid and steamy. Even the changing room on the upper level was warm and steamy because heat is trapped in shop houses, and I only felt a relief when I stepped out the main door. However, the overall feeling I get from this studio is good. I truly felt the benefits from my practice.
Pros: Good teachers, hot, smaller class size, luxurious showers with good toiletries.
Cons: Bring your own lock, mats not always clean, changing room was warm and humid due to poor ventilation.
