I am not a fan of fruits and I prefer something rich and thick if only it was healthy. I was thinking – why not use cocoa powder! I have Valrhona cocoa powder which is the best. Without the cocoa butter, you can get the anti oxidant properties and the same chocolaty taste too.
Recipe:
- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk/ nut milk / soy milk/ oat’s milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Blend everything together. Top with chia seeds, cacao nibs and coconut if you wish.
The result was creamy, chocolaty and yummy!
